Mr. M. Dermawan has been in the property valuation services for more than 20 years. He holds property valuer license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and registered valuer from the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPN). Previously, his last position was the Senior Manager in a property valuation firms. His educational background is Bachelor of Accounting from Malangkucecwara College, Malang. He was also a lecturer for Kusuma Negara College, Cijantung and Assyafiiyah University, Pondok Gede. His competency includes commercial and industrial property valuation, machinery and equipment valuation, feasibility study, project monitoring, and highest and best use study.
